Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after your purchase to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, unopened and with seals intact. To start a return, you can contact us at Orders@FondoGionino.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label which includes instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at Orders@FondoGionino.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For damaged items, photos of the shipping box and damaged item are required so that we can file a claim with the shipper.
Exceptions
For orders placed in error, a restocking fee of $9.95 will be charged to exchange the product if within the 14 calendar day return window. If the product/s have been opened, we will subtract a processing fee equal to 25% of each returned product’s price.
If 14 days have passed since you were issued a return label, and the return label’s tracking number lists no activity indicating it is in the process of being returned, your return will be canceled and no refund will be provided.
Exchanges/Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the return was approved. If so, you’ll have your choice of refund or exchange. If you select a refund, it will be processed to the original form of payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit your account. Approved exchanges will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the item.
