DAY 1 SAT, 25 SEPT 2027 – ARRIVE IN SORRENTO (D)
Arrive at Naples Airport and meet your local English-speaking assistant, who will accompany the group during the transfer to the Sorrento area. Board your private coach for the transfer to your hotel, where you will check in and settle in after your journey.
In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner at a local restaurant, with private evening coach transportation provided. The dinner features a three-course menu, including water and one-quarter litre of wine per person. Please note that assistant services are provided during the airport-to-hotel transfer only and do not extend to the dinner, evening, or overnight.

DAY 2 SUN, 26 SEPT 2027 – EXCURSIONS IN SORRENTO (B/L)
Begin the day with breakfast at your hotel before departing by private coach into the gentle countryside surrounding Sorrento for an authentic farm-family experience that offers a true taste of local life. On arrival at the farmhouse, the family welcomes you and shares insights into their traditions and daily rhythms, followed by a demonstration of fresh mozzarella making.
You then take part in hands-on gnocchi cooking lesson, learning classic techniques passed down through generations. The experience concludes with a relaxed farmhouse lunch featuring the dishes you have helped prepare, served with water, local wine, and coffee in a warm, convivial setting.
In the afternoon, continue by private coach to a fragrant lemon grove, where you stroll among the trees and learn about the production stages behind the region’s renowned citrus. The visit ends with a tasting of lemon-based products, including the iconic limoncello, offering a refreshing and aromatic finish to the day.
DAY 3 MON, 27 SEPT 2027 – SORRENTO TO ROME (B/L/D)
After breakfast, depart your hotel and begin your journey south toward Rome by private coach. Along the way, enjoy a fascinating stop at the ancient city of Pompeii Archaeological Park, one of the most remarkable archaeological sites in the world.
Here you will explore the ruins with a licensed English-speaking guide during a two-hour walking tour. Preserved beneath volcanic ash following the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD, Pompeii offers a unique glimpse into daily life in the Roman Empire. As you walk through ancient streets, you will see remarkably 3
preserved homes, temples, baths, and public spaces that bring the history of this once-thriving city vividly to life.
Following your visit, continue to Naples, the birthplace of pizza. Here you will enjoy a relaxed lunch at a local pizzeria, where you can savor an authentic Neapolitan pizza accompanied by a soft drink.
After lunch, continue the journey to Rome and check in at your hotel.
This evening, gather for a special welcome dinner at a traditional Roman Osteria. Enjoy a three-course menu featuring classic local dishes, accompanied by water and a quarter litre of wine per person. Private coach transportation will be provided for the evening.

After breakfast at your hotel, the day is yours to enjoy at leisure in Rome. This is a perfect opportunity to explore the city at your own pace, whether that means wandering through historic neighbourhoods, lingering over a coffee in a sun-dappled piazza, or revisiting favourite landmarks.
In the afternoon, private coach transportation is provided to Trastevere for a walking food tour through one of Rome’s most atmospheric neighbourhoods. Stroll through cobbled streets while sampling a selection of typical local dishes and regional specialties. Tastings include local food highlights, along with water and a glass of wine, offering an authentic introduction to Roman cuisine before returning to the hotel.
DAY 5 WED, 29 SEPT 2027 – CLASSIC ROME & ROME SIGHTSEEING (B/L)
After breakfast at the hotel, set out for a classic sightseeing tour of Rome with full-day private coach transportation provided.
Enjoy a guided tour with a licensed English-speaking guide for approximately three hours, covering Rome’s most iconic highlights and offering insight into the city’s ancient history and enduring legacy.
Following the tour, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant featuring a two-course menu, with water and coffee included. The afternoon is at leisure, allowing time to explore further, relax, or enjoy Rome at your own pace.
DAY 6 THURS, 30 SEPT 2027 – ROME TO BOLOGNA (B/D)
After breakfast at the hotel, depart Rome by private coach for the journey to Bologna, with a scenic stop in Orvieto along the way. 4
On arrival in Orvieto, take the funicular ride up to the historic centre, where you will meet your English-speaking guide for a guided walking tour of approximately two hours. Explore the town’s atmospheric streets and learn about its rich history and unique hilltop setting.
Continue on to Bologna later in the day. In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner at a local restaurant featuring a three-course menu, with water and one-quarter litre of wine per person included.

DAY 8 SAT, 02 OCT 2027 – ONTO MILAN WITH STOP IN VIGNOLA (B/D)
After breakfast at the hotel, depart Bologna by private coach, travelling through the scenic Emilia-Romagna countryside en route to Milan. Along the way, enjoy a special stop in Vignola for a visit to a traditional balsamic vinegar producer, where you will learn about the time-honoured production process followed by a tasting and lunch experience (arranged by the client).
Continue onward to Milan, Italy’s stylish and cosmopolitan capital, where you will have time to settle in before the evening.
